As the Manager-CM, you will oversee our contract manufacturing operations. You will focus on optimizing cost, processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, meeting production targets, and exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Research and assist in selecting potential sources of contract manufacturing and packaging suppliers and/or services
- Prepare competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions.
- Evaluate competitive offerings to determine the overall best offer for a product or service. Manage the analysis of proposals in support of the bid evaluation process.
- Draw up contracts and agreements for the supply of standard products and services with new and existing suppliers
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and waste minimization. Implement measures to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
- Manage resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production schedules and budgetary targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing and development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to production operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and maintain strong business relationships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement / manufacturing management, preferably in a contract manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Competencies:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and other manufacturing software applications.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to contract manufacturing operations.
